Please read and understand the terms and conditions. By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
A valid credit card is required at time of booking, a 50% or 1 night deposit will be processed unless otherwise stated to ensure the booking is confirmed.
Full payment is required no later than 2 days prior to arrival for all booking not paid at time of booking.
We are a self check in property, your check in instructions will be sent via email & text message within 2 days of your arrival. Guests must produce proof of booking when collecting keys and one vehicle is allocated per suite.
If damages to property occur during your stay, Clocktower Suites will debit your credit card to cover the repair or replacement. Lost keys will be charged at $30.00 per key to replace & remotes for electronic gate will be a charged at $95 per remote. Management accepts no responsibility for any valuables left in your room or vehicle.
Clocktower Suites is strictly a non-smoking building. Should you choose to ignore this policy you will be asked to leave, and you will be charged up to $300 for specialist cleaning to your suite.
Clocktower Suites does not disclose any information about customer bookings to anyone except as may be required by law. Clocktower Suites may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to Clocktower Suites interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.
Clocktower Suites has the authority and the right at any time it sees fit to change or modify all or any part of these terms and conditions.
Emergency repairs will be tended to as soon as possible, please notify management to advise and discuss.
Cancellation policy
Bookings cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival (or no shows) will forfeit all monies paid. Bookings cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival will receive a refund (less a cancellation fee).
These terms and conditions may be varied at any time without notice. A printed copy can also be obtained from our office.
