The Tower Suite was named due to the proximity to the clock tower. Located on the second floor, this huge suite offers a king bed, large separate dressing room, ensuite with bath and redgum cabinetry. The redgum was used when renovating the building. The Post Master Suite formerly the bedroom for the postmaster of the old post office. The ensuite was formerly another bedroom. The Exchange Suite named as the original telephone exchange for Echuca was housed in part of the building. The Original plans, taken prior to renovation, can be viewed in the main hallway.

The Halliday & Walker Apartment is named after the contractor who was engaged to construct the building in the late 1800s.
